Cicely Anderson is a Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is known for fusing organizational leadership, strategic planning, and career purpose discovery with talent management. Cicely's mission statement is to be a "catalyst for change in professional development and career planning so that professionals" careers are fully aligned with their purpose and passion.
Cicely's training development, sales, and brand management experience include developing and leading standardized product training, as well as training curriculum, for the McDonald's System across the U.S. and creating a product training catalog for all Cargill products sold to over 14,000 restaurants. She has skillfully facilitated nationwide "train the trainer" sessions and adapted to the evolving digital landscape with effective virtual training skills.
She is the founder of Passion for Life, a 501(c)3 that enables students to identify their passions and create a plan to transform them into rewarding careers. Passion for Life, Inc. was designed to be a support system to help under-resourced youth identify and activate their passions to transform into rewarding careers. The organization has positively impacted over 300 Youth, interns, and volunteers' lives and careers.
Cicely is an award-winning professional who brings over 20 years of experience across diverse industry sectors, including food/restaurant, consumer products manufacturing, sports, and entertainment, designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and sponsorship activation strategies. She's been credited for leveraging inherent skills specific to operations, experiential marketing, sales generation, and B2B/B2C relationship optimization. These areas of expertise have allowed Cicely to identify potential opportunities, increase product visibility and enhance customer experiences.
